Meet the Team

Managing Director - Kerry Burridge

Kerry Burridge is a professional business writer who has a passion for property and real estate sales.

Over time Kerry has written advertisements, articles for newspapers, magazines and websites, research papers, a thesis and a book on banking.

Kerry has a Masters Degree with First Class Honours and was formerly a Senior Lecturer in Economics and Banking at AUT.

Kerry and her partner have built a multi-million dollar property investment portfolio in Auckland, and she has often had the need to write real estate sales advertisements.  After years of reading and writing property ads, Kerry has become adept at writing powerful ads that attract many potential buyers.

Through Real Estate Writer, Kerry is able to offer assistance to real estate agents throughout New Zealand who do not have the time or inclination to write their own property advertisements.

When not writing, Kerry enjoys time with her three children aged 13, 15 and 16 and their demented puppy Bella.

You can contact Kerry on 0274 879 643 or at or you can use the Contact Us Form on this website.

Creative Director - Louise Richardson

Louise Richardson is a journalist with 25 years' media experience.

Her work appears regularly in newspaper real estate supplements and she understands the need for bright, concise and informative copy when it comes to selling property. She also knows that while writing winning words may appear easy, it often isn’t!

Louise has a BA from Otago University, where she majored in Anthropology before setting out on her OE. In London she worked for the Sunday Express Magazine. Back in New Zealand after a short stint with the New Zealand Listener, she joined New Zealand Woman’s Weekly and clocked up 19 years with the iconic title before leaving her Lifestyle/Travel Editor role in 2013 to embark on a freelance career.

Having written literally thousands of home, garden, beauty, fashion, health, travel, real-life-reads and royal stories over the years, Louise feels well-qualified to describe herself as an all-rounder.

She lives with her husband - plus two children 17 and 13 in Auckland, and as well as writing, runs a high-end fashion recycle business through which she indulges her passion for gorgeous clothes.
