Payments

All payments for services are made via internet banking on receipt of invoice.  Our terms of trade are seven days.

Our fees for writing services are set out on the Writing Services page. If you have any queries about how much your job will cost, please phone or email us using the contact details on the Contact Us page


Invoice/Receipt

A Tax Invoice will be issued to you by email as soon as your job is completed.  The Tax Invoice will be issued by Kerian Limited, trading as Real Estate Writer. 


Logistics - Sending Information

You can send us information for your writing tasks via email on the Contact Form, or to our email address at kerry@realestatewriter.co.nz.   You are welcome to include the information inside the email message, or attach it as a Word document, whichever is most convenient for you.
 

Turnaround Times

In most cases, the turnaround time for writing jobs is 24 hours.  On rare occasions due to peak workloads the turnaround time may be a little longer than this.  If this is the case, you will be informed at the time of booking of the likely turnaround time and we will check that this is acceptable to you.


Money Back Guarantee

We provide an unconditional money back guarantee if for any reason you are not happy with our writing services and do not wish to use the advertisement.  Please advise us by email within 7 days of receiving your completed advertisement.
